This Sunday - 12th February
This coming Sunday we welcome everyone from St Edmund's Church here at St Alban's for a joint service of Holy Communion. Do join us if you can - the service starts at ten thirty.

Welcome to our church
We are proud to be part of Inclusive Church, which means we seek to honour the Gospel by being equally welcoming of, and thankful for, the gifts and fellowship of all who join us regardless of age, race, gender, sexuality, marital status or anything else. You are who God has created you to be and for that we give thanks. Join us on our journey in growing closer to God and, through our worship and service, revealing something to the world of God's great love for it and for you.
Our Sunday services are at 10.30am so join us anytime. You will always be warmly welcomed and we love to see (and hear) children.
If you scroll down and click on the links you will be able to find out more about ways in which we can support you in your life's journey - for example if you wish to organise a wedding or a baptism. We are also here for you if you find yourself in the sad situation of needing to plan a funeral. If you need support with food we have a foodbank and you have a right to access it.
Whatever your needs or concerns, whatever your questions or hopes or dreams, if you live in the parish of St Alban's our job is to love and serve you in the name of Jesus Christ.

Marriage
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.”
